Erin McIntyre Fuentes
Erin McIntyre Fuentes is a native of Cleveland, OH and proud graduate of the University of Dayton (Go Flyers!). Erin is a college friend of Charlie’s parents and is honored to be a part of the Charlie’s Kids Foundation Board of Directors.
Erin has worked in the non-profit sector her entire career.
Currently, she is a program officer with the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland, a strategic grantmaking foundation whose mission is to address root causes of poverty in northeast Ohio with special attention to families, women and children. Previously, Erin worked at the parent corporation of the foundation, the Sisters of Charity Health System, in the department of foundations, outreach ministries and external affairs.
In 2010, Erin spent a year in El Salvador in Central America with an international non-profit organization working with project partners in El Salvador and other Latin American and Caribbean countries, and organizing and leading immersion experiences. Prior to her time in El Salvador, Erin spent seven years at Magnificat High School as part of the campus ministry team where she planned and led relationship-based service programs, social justice initiatives, retreats and immersion experiences for students.
Erin and her husband Iván live in Cleveland. They welcomed daughter Beatrice in August, 2016, and are grateful to all the work of Charlie’s Kids to help educate them on safe sleep practices.
